Returns & Exchanges

At Connolly, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Connolly account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring the completed returns form and RMA number are included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
